This pin is very similar to Pin 51604 but it has different color plus a "WDI Project Team" logo on top. Pin 51604 was the pin available for purchase through Mickey's of Glendale to commemorate the opening of the attraction. This particular pin was never for sale and was given to the team actually involved in the creation and construction of the attraction itself, a true imagineer exclusive pin.
The pin is set in a gold tone metal. The back is stamped:
