This is a Mickey head icon with the look of pearl. The pearl portion of the pin is rounded, giving it the 3D look.

 

The pin measures 1 3/8" (35 mm) wide by 1 1/8" (29 mm) tall. The backstamp is a simple, "© DISNEY." It has a straight back and the texture of the back is in a modified starburst pattern.
