Released on 19 Jan 2008, this is the first of 12 STITCH INVASION: EUROPE pins released monthly, beginning in January 2008 (Series III of the Stitch Invasion collection). The official release date of the first pin (to the general public) was January 19, 2008. There was a pre-release at the pin trading night in Hotel Cheyenne on 18 Jan 2008.
This pin spotlights Stitch's invasion of the UNITED KINGDOM. He's standing (In England) on his head in front of a Guardsman, in an effort to provoke a reaction of some kind. (Nice try, Stitch, but the guardsmen are forbidden to smile or react to the public. Unless you're doing something illegal, that is. Then they will react!) Behind them are a number of British icons: a red phone box, the Union Jack, a double-decker bus, and Big Ben.
