This is the framed version of Pin 58350, WDI - Haunted Mansion Holiday - Tarot Cards - 14 Pin Set.
WDI sold this framed set to the public at the NFFC Show & Sale in Anaheim on 01/20/2008.
It did not come with any markings on the back of the framed set, nor with any COA.
The NFFC sales receipt had two line items:

Approximate SIZE (in inches): 20.75 W x 14.25 H.
Frame is black, 0.75 inches wide. Triple matted. Outer mat is black, 3.25 inches wide. Middle mat is silver, 0.25 inches wide. Inner mat is cream, also 0.25 inches wide.
The pins appear to be on top of black mat board. Two rows. Centered, 1 inch in from all sides of the inner mat. The pins in each row are placed 0.5 inches apart and the rows are placed 0.5 inches apart.
