Created especially for annual passholders, this annual heritage collection will continue to chronicle the history of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts worldwide which have been inspired by the original Magic Kingdom, Disneyland® Park.
This three-dimensional pin celebrates the Grand Canyon Diorama and features Mickey Mouse as the conductor. This pin will be attached to a specially designed backer card containing some additional information about this classic attraction: the backer card is a black & white photograph of Walt Disney as he strolls through the construction of Disneyland.
Mickey Mouse wears a train engineer hat/cap as he drives the green Disneyland train - it says "2008" on the cab. On the left side, a big horn sheep is standing on a rock outcropping under the Disneyland® Resort logo. Under the locomotive is "ANNUAL PASSHOLDER" in red lettering.
The back is stamped with the 2008 Pin Trading logo over

Dimensional views of the Grand Canyon were added to the Santa Fe and Disneyland Railroad on March 31, 1958. Ninety-six year-old Hopi Indian Chief Nevangnewa blessed the trains of the Santa Fe and Disneyland Railroad during dedication ceremonies for the world's longest diorama depicting the Grand Canyon homeland of the Hopi tribe.
