This is the Artist's Proof of Pin #55850.

They are the same except for the 'AP' stamped on the back.

 

On a purple background and daisy like flowers with the word "Dance" in pink, Tink in 3d is on the right in a pirouette pose (both arms out, one foot up near the other knee) with her head facing left. Also in this series is (55849).
