Front Description
This pin is presented to the Cast Member by their manager when they reach 20 years of service (employment) on or around the anniversary of their date of hire and features Mickey Mouse. The pin is worn on their nametag. A ring or watch with this same design is presented to the Cast Member during the annual Service Awards banquet. The oval part of pin is 11/16" high and 3/8" wide. Overall size of pin including Mickey is 3/4" by 5/16" wide.
