This is an award pin given to Disneyland cast members for outstanding achievement in enhancing the Disneyland Resort pin trading experience for guests and cast.

 

This pin features Tinker Bell sitting on a cloud in front of Sleeping Beauty's Castle. She appears to be laughing, and there are fireworks going off in the background. The pin is round and says, "Disneyland Resort Pin Trading Champion". The pin was presented to cast members on a backer card which says, "Pin Trading Champion Cast Recognition Award (2006 or 2007) Disneyland."
