This is a Lanyard Medal featuring the Official Pin Trading Logo for Rainforest Cafe (RFC).
Rainforest Cafe released several accessories for Pin Trading including this Medal, Pin Bags, Lanyards, and other items. They have since retired most of their Pin Trading items and to my knowledge, these items (including most pins) are no longer available unless you are lucky enough to find a straggler in the sale bins.
The back side has the Landry's Restaurants Inc Copyright and says Made in China.
