This pin seems to be one of one of the original 1 year service pins given to a cast member on their first year anniversary with Disney. It has a gold color within the globe (face) and a silver color to the ears. It is similar to #10145 (green globe), #10146 (blue globe) and #10147 (gold globe, gold ears).
The golden coloration of the globe on this pin is smooth and shiny, which is different from the globe of pin #10147, which is rough and pebbly in texture, and dull rather than shiny.
This pin has no backstamp, just like the other 3.
