This is a special pin which only the person who hit by the scratch card lot distributed to the terms from July 1 to August 24 and the visitor of TDL can get.
Although the number of limited edition is not announced, maybe it is a very few number. This reads "Disney Sea -- September 4, 2001 GRAND OPENING". It is a four-points compass with blue lettering.
This looks like the SILVER version of this pin... there is also a GOLD version.
