This was sold at a special event about Walt Disney called "The Spirit of Walt Disney" at Fuji Television at Odaiba in Tokyo. It was made by Lucky Co. which makes the pins for Mickey & Pals. The ship's wheel turns. It sold out in a little less than an hour. Mickey Mouse as Steamboat Willie is on this light blue heel-shaped pin with a ship's wheel that actually spins! Released: August 2001
