Fantasy Tinker Bell as Super Nurse. This Tinker Bell is tall and willowy rather than the voluptuous pixie with the dangerous curves. Her dress is nurses' white with a red "N" emblazoned across her chest. Her dress goes to her shoulders where it flows into a bright red cape billowing behind her. She is running swiftly toward the viewer, her left foot almost visible behind her thigh. On her wrists she wears matching red bracelets a la Wonder Woman.
Pin is 2 1/2 inches from right tip toe to the right cape corner tall and 1 7/8 inches wide from Right hand to left cape corner.
Base metal is black.
Back is waffle patterned with "LE 100" in a rectangle across her hips.
