M & P Stores 100 Years of Magic Series from Japan. From the 1937 Mikcey Mouse short "Clock Cleaners" it's a blue rectangular pin with Mickey, Donald Duck and Goofy on it. Their heads are caught in one of the gears of the clock that is spinning them around.
