PP61199    DL - Mickey Pocket Watch - Disney Day Campin'

Guests who register for the Disney Day Campin' event from April 1 to May 1, 2008 will receive a special limited edition pin created exclusively for the event. Guests who register after May 1, 2008 will not receive the "early bird" pin.

The front of this gold-finished pin features Mickey Mouse wearing hiking clothing: tan cap/hat, red t-shirt, grey shorts and brown shoes. He has a tan bag over one shoulder and is holding a folded map in his right hand. Behind him is a red banner that says " TIME FOR CAMPIN' " Background has purple snow-capped mountain peaks and green trees.

Inside the hinged cover is a clock/watch/time piece.

On 21st June 2008, Artist Jeff Granito will be on hand for a special appearance and signing in the Festival Arena exclusively for our Disney Day Campers. For those lucky enough to register early, Jeff will sign the early bird pin.

To set the time on the watch, you need to remove the watch from the pin, it easily pulls up and is easily popped back in. Remove the small rubber gasket around the watch, there is a small knurled knob (stem) that pulls out and you spin it to set the time. The stem on the watch is very stiff and not easily turned. Members suggest just stopping the time on watch by pulling out the stem until time shown becomes your local time and then pushing it back in to restart the clock movement.
