The singing pirate is wearing a brown overcoat with red trim, has a Navy blue tricorner hat with a skull-and-crossbones design on the front, has black socks with Navy colored bucked-shoes and is playing an accordion/concertina while singing.
This is a large pin, measuring about 1.75x3.5 inches. The pirate is from the Pirates of the Caribbean ride.
