This is the Kilimanjaro Safaris attraction pin from the set. It reads Kilimanjaro Safaris Disney's Animal Kingdom and features a rhinocerous (and maybe a baobab tree?).

These pins have the official pin trading logo backstamp and the year (so far) is 2008.
