Purple glittery background. Goofy, on the left, is tipping his hat. Top reads "New Year's Day" and "Walt Disney World" is at the bottom. The "2" is red, the first "0" is orange with Donald emerging from the center. Donald wears a blue party hat with red polka dots and a yellow bow at the top. Under those 2 numbers is the second "0" which is yellow and the "8" with Chip appearing inside the bottom portion. There are also orange and blue stars in the background. Dale is hanging on with both hands to two separate gold hoops that he dangles from.
