At the Expedition: PINS event each guest was given 2 mystery pins. Each pin represented one of the 4 elements. This entry is for one of those 4 pins.
This goldlen colored diamond shaped pin represents the element fire. There is a tongue of red fire in the center of the pin that is semi-transparent so you can see the metal behind it. The pin has "cracks" on the front.

Pin is 1.5 inches across and 1.75 inches tall.
Back Description
