This pin depicts Wonderland's Cheshire Cat pinned to a greeting card, sitting in a purple tree looking down at Alice, the March Hare and the Mad Hatter having a tea party.

 

It's a BIRTHDAY CARD!!!

 

On the inside of the card is the White Rabbit blowing a trumpet. Coming out of the trumpet is a pink and white "banner" that says "A VERY MERRY BIRTHDAY TO YOU"

 

(The White Rabbit seems somewhat surprised to see what is coming out of the trumpet!)

 

The card measures exactly 4" by 6" and the pin measures 1 and 1/8" wide by 1 and 1/4" high. The pin is black metal with one post on the back.
