Stitch is "on the loose" in this Limited Edition Spotlight pin. This pin featuring Stitch is made to look like a vanity license plate.
Says in blue "Walt Disney World" at the top of the plate and "On the Loose" down at the bottom. Where the stickers would be at the top of the plate the left says "SPT" and the right "07". Orange sparkle/glitter background with a smiling Stitch face in the center.
