Front Description

Originally released in 1997 (before the park opened), this real-cloisonne pin was sold on 22 Apr 1998 during the opening day of Animal Kingdom. Came on a special plastic card, not the mouse ears card. Animal Kingdom TREE OF LIFE logo at card top. Red Carnotaurus dinosaur baring its teeth and claws over the words, "Countdown to Extinction." Asteroid underneath wording.

 

This pin listing is for the smaller real-cloisonne version. There is a separate listing for the later and larger version with the 2000 Hand in Hand logo. Please check your pin carefully before cataloguing.
