This is one of four pins in the Spotlight series from 2008, featuring Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy dressed as garden gnome statues.

Donald Duck is wearing a tall pointed red hat, fake grey/gray beard, dark blue shirt and brown boots. He is bent over with his hands on his knees, and there are yellow flowers on green stems in the background. Instead of the usual modern "spotlight", a lit white candle is cleverly placed in the lower left corner.
