This was part of the Passport to Our World set. You had to collect pins from around world showcase for a map.
This one shows Chip 'n' Dale around the main pin, with Hong Kong Disneyland written on the top and "HELLO" in Chinese below it. It was sold for $6.50 and was put on the open market after the four day pin celebration.
