This pin was part of the Passport to Our World set. You had to collect pins from around world showcase for a map. It shows Mickey stepping over Spaceship Earth with gold 3-D Logos from all the Disney's around the world. It was given out to people who finished getting all the stamps for the back of the map.
At the bottom of the pin it says Pin Around Our World. Walt Disney World.
