Stitch holds an ice cream cone in each hand. There is a red Mickey icon on the black Mickey Ears hat/cap, and the white t-shirt has Mickey's head and face on it.

[2013 comment: This is an open edition pin, which Disney has obviously re-ordered more than once. It is not uncommon for the re-orders to have small differences. There MAY also be fakes or scrappers out there, as this is a popular pin, but I would not automatically assign scrapper status just because of a small difference.]
