This is a GWP (Gift with Purchase) pin, I got mine from Getaway Today travel services.

 

Buzz has his helmet open, posing with one leg forward, and arms outstretched. Looks like he is balancing on a surfboard or skateboard. Buzz is from Toy Story.

 

The back has a gold-colored finish, with "© Disney/Pixar" on the first line, and "China" on the second line.
