Pin features a photo of Captain Chevalle inside a white and gold frame. His pirate flag is displayed beneath the photo - it features a skull with a bone beneath it, a heart to the right and an unidentified mark, possible a dagger or cross to the left.

 

The backstamp says it is a limited edition of 500.

 

This is the AP pin of Pin 63239. The AP mark is in small letters next to the word "China" on the backstamp.
