PP63280    Japan - Winnie the Pooh - Lunch Box Watch and Pin Set - TDR

This pin features WINNIE THE POOH sitting with a blue "hunny pot" between his legs and eating honey out of it with his right hand. On the pot is 'Hunny' on a lavendar background. Pooh is raising his honey-covered right hand to his mouth; his left hand is wrapped around the top of the pot. The epoxy coating has yellowed with age.

This pin was issued in a limited edition metal collectible lunch box that also contained a watch. Pooh, Piglet, Tigger and Eeyore are on the face of the watch; the hour indicators are notched on the outside frame. The watch has a beveled lens, with 12 triangles that converge in a point at the center. Back of the watch reads "Limited Edition ####/5000, Disney's WINNIE THE POOH, (c) Disney, Made exclusively for Walt Disney Theme Parks & Resorts, Japan."

The certificate of authenticity attached to the inside the top cover of the lunch box reads: "It is hereby certified that the enclosed watch and pin ensemble is one of a series of four limited edition lunchbox watch sets released exclusively by the Walt Disney Theme Parks & Resorts. This watch is one of a randomly distributed, sequentially numbered series of 5,000."
