This pin shows Cruella De Vil's head and face. She is wearing her evil grin with wild black and white hair, and a yellow fur collar around her neck. From 101 Dalmatians.

Pattern on the back looks to be either like a checker-board or a pane of diamonds, but on close inspection is actually very small indented circles. The two dimensional nature of this pattern results in a sparkle-like appearance when looking at the pin from about 12 inches away when the it is sitting under a strong light.
