Winnie the Pooh, Piglet and Tigger are celebrating autumn by taking a ride in a wooden cart pulled by Eeyore. The three passengers all have their arms raised. Pooh and Eeyore wear brown hats and Eeyore is wearing a horse harness. A basket filled with some type of vegetable hangs from the back of the cart. The hay is a freshly cut green and the top of a pumpkin protrudes from the hay. The pin is framed in a gold oval embossed with leaves. At the bottom of the pin is "Hong Kong Disneyland" is in gold on a black background.
