This is the exact same design and pin as 59770 but is a second edition with a color change. The original pin was with a red banner and this one is with a green banner. This is the most recent re-release from the Carl Barks Fan Club. Barks was the creator of Scrooge McDuck. This is NOT a Disney pin but the original design was created by Carl.
