Front Description

Disney pin featuring a poster from Steamboat Willie. The Poster is framed by a peweter type metal with "1928" printed on the top and "Mickey Mouse" at the bottom. Each corner has a hole in it. The back of the pin is stamped with the Disney Copyright. The Pin has a spelling error on the poster. Willie is spelled "Wille".

 

I don't know much about this pin. I am assuming it was never sold because of the spelling error. When I found the pin, it had another little pin attached to one of the corner holes. I thought it was some type of build-a-pin. The pin measures 1" x 1.5".
