This is the Zero pin from a four pin set that was released for Tokyo Disneyland's Holiday Nightmare makeover of The Haunted Mansion.

 

Zero is in front of what looks like a fence and holds a red and white candy cane in her mouth. The background color and metal back is dark gray/gun metal black.

 

These "Nightmare Before Christmas" pins were sold on a single card.
