Jiminy holds out his OFFICIAL CONSCIENCE medal/badge and has a red umbrella in hand. "08" is in burnt-orange, "Citizenship" is in blue lettering on a red banner, and "DAY" is on the blue background with a white star on each side. Behind Jiminy is a round metallic-red design, circled with burnt-orange, then light blue and the outer edge is black.
