From the 2008 Olympics this is Jingjing, the panda mascot, shooting archery. Beneath him is a silver rectangle with "archery" written on it and a white box to the right with the Beijing 2008 logo on it.

 

This pin has an error. The arrow is behind his left arm not in front of it where it should be.
