Front Description
This is the black prototype of the Title Pin from the framed set Pin 10382.
Three lines of text on a greenish-gray background:
One Hundred and One
Dalmatians
40th Year
Each line is centered horizontally. The "D" in Dalmatians on the 2nd line starts under the "e" in the left "One" on the 1st line. The right line in the "4" in the "40th" on the 3rd line is under the "l" in Dalmatians on the 2nd line.
One post, centered, 0.25 inches down from the top of the pin, behind the "d" IN THE 'Hundred' in the 1st line of text on front.
The metal is actually a very, very dark grey that is just being called "black" for this listing because Disney typically samples its pins in black, silver, and gold metal finished before it decides which color to "go with" in the actual production run.
The pin also has a waffle pattern on the back every place except for a small box, 0.25 inches wide, centered below the post and up 0.125 inches from the bottom. Inside the box is the following two lines...

... with the "C" in 'CHINA' beneath the "DI" in 'DISNEY'.
SIZE (in inches): just a bit short of 1.0 H x just a bit short of 1.875 W.
Note: The picture may look to have tinges of yellow in the lower portion of the greenish-grey background. This is likely just due to the lighting present when the photograph was taken. When looking at the pin with the eyes, the greenish-grey background appears to be uniform in color w/o any hint of yellow.
