Front Description
This is the black prototype of the Sergeant Tibbs pin from the framed set Pin 10382.
Sgt. Tibbs is crouching low, with his tail extended, looking left with his eyes wide open and his mouth partially open. The "whites" of his eyes are actually a pale yellow, they just look white in the photo of the pin.
Sgt. Tibbs himself has mostly mustard-colored fur, but color of the fur on the end of his tail is different, perhaps a pale mustard, or light bwoen. His nose is peach/flesh colored, as is the inside of his partially open mouth. His muzzle (where whiskers usually are but are not here in this pin), looks to be about the same color as the fur on the end of his tale.
One post, located behind his butt, and looks to be just about centered on the back of the pin.
The metal is actually a very, very dark grey that is just being called "black" for this listing because Disney typically samples its pins in black, silver, and gold metal finished before it decides which color to "go with" in the actual production run.
The pin also has a waffle pattern on the back every place except for a small box centered below the post (when Sgt. Tibbs tail is at 12 o'clock) that contains the following two lines...

approximate SIZE (in inches): 1.375 H x 0.675 W.
Note: measurements were taken based on the position of the pin in the framed set, where Sgt. Tibbs head is at about 7 o'clock and the tip of his tail is at 1 o'clock.
