This is the new Haunted Mansion with Gus with red backgound on it. He was hired in 1969.

Scrapper Info: The scrapper version of this pin is very hard to describe. If you held both side by side in your hand, you would instantly Know at a glace, which was the official release. The finish is dull and there are lines tiny vertical lines in the enamel. Not as obvious, but certainly worth noting is the fact that the metal lines in his beard and face are ever so slightly larger. The easiest way to notice the detailed line differences is in the eyes. There is less room between the pupils and the circles for the eyes than on the authentic pin. The authentic pin has tiny dots for pupils directly in the center of the eye. The text feels almost flush with the pin on the counterfeit version.
