This is a spinner pin from NBC. The logo of NBC is in the middle right-hand corner and the left-hand corner is the logo for the Olympics. The top middle is a hole where you can see the mascots. The bottom of the pin is where you turn to see the circle of mascots. The pin is silver, the mascots are colored. The NBC logo is also colored. The pin has Chinese lines going over the entire pin except the hole and the bottom of the spinner.
