This is another great Tigger Little League Baseball collectible pin. I think this is a bootleg pin that was made for a Little League Team from British Columbia. It has BC D3 on the pitchers mound and Tigger has on a blue baseball hat. Tiggers face is the wrong color. Instead of being yellow with black eyes, it is orange with yellow eyes. There are no markings on the back. This pin measure 1 1/4 x 2 inches.
