This is the Artist Proof for pin #62467. Steamboat Willie at the helm! Not a black and white pin, but the base is shiny silver which can look black. The hat, shorts and inner stars are maroon. The wheel, inner stars and background sky are very pale blue. Face is white and so is a small patch on his hat.

Back Description
