This Disneyland pin is The sign for Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. It is featured in this Limited Edition (out of 500), Surprise pin. The pin is part of a collection of pins inspired by signs found through the Disneyland® Resort.
At the top is a knight's armored helmet with a yellow crown - it has green foliage/bushes around it, with the Disneyland® Resort logo in the upper right. The crest features Mr. Toad driving his red motorcar on the upper left, with his horse, Cyril Proudbottom, pulling the wagon pictured on the lower right; the brown diagonal stripe across the middle says "Toadi Acceleratio." The yellow banner on the bottom says "Semper Absurda."
