This is one of the Kids Award Pins that was released during a pin event at Epcot August 9-12, 2001. It shows Mickey Mouse walking in sweats and tennis shoes with red stars all around him. At the top of the pin it says "Good Sport Award" and on the bottom it says "It's how you play the game."
