The Back of the pin says it is Limited to 1200. Although the actual number is not known for sure due to the controversy of how it was released, it is assumed that all pins have been given out as those that were not released on the day the pin was "discovered", the rest were handed out at the Disneyana Convention that was going on at the same time the pin came out.
