There are red starfish on the purple rocks. Tinker Bell is jealously flying away with her arms crossed, leaving a trail of gold pixie dust behind on the bottom of the pin. Tink's wings have blue glitter in them. They are at Mermaid Lagoon.
There is a AP stamp on the back.
Although Disneyshopping says this is LE 1, Disney Autions Prototypes were generally LE 4.
