This is the 1st pin given to those on the Adventures by Disney 'Knights and Lights' tour of London/Paris. These pins are available only if you go on this particular Adventures by Disney vacation.

 

It features Peter Pan flying around Big Ben in London with the word 'Cheers' in blue letters at the bottom.

 

This was given to us at the hotel in London after meeting the rest of the tour group.
