This is the 4th pin given to those on the Adventures by Disney 'Knights and Lights' tour of London/Paris. These pins are available only if you go on this particular Adventures by Disney vacation.

 

It features Goofy holding wearing a French beret and holding a British black hat and suitcase with the words 'A Tale' (in red) 'of Two' (in white) 'Cities' (in blue). The border makes it look like a postage stamp.

 

This was given to us when we arrived in Paris.
