Front Description
From the Pirates of the Caribbean, it's the Redhead's face on a red 2008 Walt Disney Imagineering I.D. Badge. The Redhead has a WDI Hire Date of 1967.
The error is that "Redhead" is generally accepted to be one word.
Standard size of 1 and 3/8" high by 2" wide (plus a smidgen high and wide for her hat). Gold metal waffle-finished back with 2 (horizontally-oriented) posts.
Inside the box on the back it reads:
