Front Description
From the Country Bears, it's Big Al's face on a yellow 2008 Walt Disney Imagineering I.D. Badge. The actual name on the badge is Albert but Albert is crossed out with a big red "X" and "BIG AL" is handwritten (pawwritten??) beside it. Big Al has a WDI Hire Date of 1971.
Standard size of a little over 1 and 3/8" high (his hat) by 2" wide.
